Manufacturing Process
Batching
Raw materials consisting of cement, sand, lime, gypsum with an expanding agent and water. The raw materials are dosed into the batching system to ensure uniform consistency.
Pre-Curing
The uniformly mixed materials are poured into the casting molds and transported to the pre-hardening chamber for about 3 to 4 hours.
Cutting
The semi-hardened mixtures are removed from the molds and transported to the cutting machine. High tensile cutting wires are used to ensure precise dimensions.
Autoclaving
The semi-finished products are transported to the autoclave and steam-cured under pressurized conditions at a temperature of 190 ± 2°C for 10-12 hours.
Finished Product
After autoclaving, the finished products are inspected by the Quality Control Department to ensure they meet the required specifications. Finally, the products are packed onto pallets, shrink- wrapped and prepared for delivery.
